Richard Hluchan and daughter Christine reach the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro

After a Safari trip to Kenya two years ago, Richard Hluchan and his daughter Christine could not get the image of massive Mt. Kilimanjaro out of their minds. So, this year, the two ascended the world’s tallest freestanding mountain. While not avid hikers, the Hluchans managed to reach the summit of one of the world’s Seven Summits. Read more »

Sandwich Donation

Haddonfield family passes the torch after donating 30,000 sandwiches to Cathedral Kitchen

The Pease family has been volunteering at Cathedral Kitchen in Camden for the past four years, during which time they have donated 30,000 sandwiches. While the family initiated the volunteer efforts, the project has grown to include friends and other members of the community as well. The Pease family has since stepped down and another Haddonfield family, the Peloses, will take over.
